Children especially are the jewels, the pearl of great price of our Planet Earth, and as such, their health and development is at the highest of priorities. Thus, I tailor my work with you based upon these principles and values.

I am a Person-Centred Therapist, licensed in the UK with 7+ years of professional work experience, working one-to-one with children, young people and adults from diverse backgrounds with vast range of circumstances and issues, gaining experience and training in Play Therapy, working with Metaphor, including working with addiction: alcohol, drug and substance abuse.

​

Therefore, obtaining vast experience of multi-professional working and cooperation with various organisations and schools, I bring a multidisciplinary approach to my work, working in a holistic way with clients as they become increasingly autonomous and actualise to their potential. In addition, as a woman of faith, I also work with people of all faiths, including cultural and traditional beliefs and background.

My passion in providing support to individuals, families, children and young people has led to gaining continual professional development, completing training in Dyadic Developmental Psychotherapy (DDP), Attachment, Trauma - Comprehensive Resource Model (CRM), and Certified in Adoption Support Counselling.

My practice continues to strive for ongoing development to support my clients and society at large.

I am a Registered Member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (MBACP), the BACP ethical codes for good practice underpins my work. I adhere to the current Data Protection legislation, and as such, I am registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office [ICO]. I have an Enhance Disclosure and Barring Service Certificate [DBS].
