Sometimes we need to wrap up warm and cosy to feel safe and warm, and our emotional and mental
wellbeing is no exception. That's why I believe in the power of self-awareness and reaching out for support. Just like putting on a hat and scarf to protect yourself from the cold, it's important to acknowledge and talk about how you feel.
